All returns to Bowsers must be approved and include the RA Number provided. Return instructions will be provided with your RA#.
Please allow 4 – 6 weeks to process your return and issue refund.

In the event that a defect has been confirmed after review by our Quality Assurance team, Bowsers will provide a refund, replacement item or suitable substitute.

Please note: although Bowsers pet beds are made with the highest quality and strength upholstery fabrics, we cannot warranty beds that have damaged due to chewing.

Outer: Unzip cover and remove bolster. Rezip cover and wash on cool setting. Tumble dry, low heat
Inner Cushion: Machine wash and dry as is on cool setting. Tufting prevents fibre from shifting or clumping. Tumble dry, low heat.
Outer Bolster: Hand wash only; (replacements available).
