Overview
We want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help with an easy returns process.

Return Period

  • All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging, unless faulty
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
  • Return items incur a 20% restocking fee

Special Conditions for Different Products

  • Unopened food and supplements can be returned for a full refund
  • For safety and hygiene reasons, opened food and supplements cannot be returned unless faulty
  • If your pet has an adverse reaction to food/supplements, please contact us with supporting documentation from your veterinarian
Bedding
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Must be free from pet hair, stains, and odors
  • Damaged or soiled items cannot be accepted
Toys & Treats
  • Must be unused and in original packaging
  • Damaged packaging may affect refund eligibility
  • Treats follow the same policy as food items
Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom/personalized items
  • Opened food or supplements (unless faulty)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Hygiene products that have been opened or used
Return Process
  • Initiate your return by contacting our customer service team
  • Fill out the return form provided with your order
  • Pack the item(s) securely in appropriate packaging
  • Include the completed return form inside the package
  • Ship to the provided return address
  • Keep your tracking number for reference

Refund Information
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty
Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item:
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage
  • Do not dispose of the item or packaging until instructed
  • We will arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you
Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day period
  • The new item must be of equal or lesser value
  • If selecting a more expensive item, you will need to pay the difference
  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility
