In the event you must return one of our products please follow the following directions.
1. WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY, please CONTACT Carolina Pet Company Customer Service at support@eachpaw.com and we will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA number is REQUIRED for all return merchandise. *Not all returns are eligible for refund, shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, restocking fees may apply, please see below for details.
2. NOTE (RMA) NUMBER on the OUTSIDE of the return package. We will not be able to accept any returned merchandise without an RMA number (see above how to obtain a RMA number).
3. MERCHANDISE must be unused and returned in its original packaging to be considered for a full refund or exchange. Carolina Pet Company reserves the right to determine whether an item has been used or washed.

Buyer’s Remorse We include a fit guide, descriptions and pictures to help with your decision, but sometimes a change of mind which includes incorrect color, size or item ordered happens. Please note that original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
Personalized Orders we are sorry but, personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.

Ineligible Returns sometimes we just can’t take things back! All custom and personalized orders and discounted orders unless otherwise stated cannot be returned. We are sorry but due to health and sanitation laws used pet beds may not be returned!
